What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This Mini Red Advanced course is for players aged 6 to 8 years, that have played tennis before and already know the basics of the game like a forehand, backhand, volley, serve and can also rally, but want to improve there matchplay and learn more about tactics of how to win points and play matches against other mini red players. This group will have it's own dedicated coach for the duration of the term. It's a great way for young players to improve there tennis and learn how to play matches and compete. No class on 2nd June due to half term.
