What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
This Mini Red Beginners course is for players aged 4 to 7 years, that have either never played tennis before or are new to the game and want to learn and play tennis in a fun environment with other beginner players. This group will have it's own dedicated coach for the duration of the term. It's a great way to introduce young players to tennis and they will learn all the basics about the game in a fun and friendly environment. No class on 1st June due to half term.
