Notes from the coach
In this course of sessions we will give you the confidence and skills to take part in a doubles match with friends or within a club social environment. The course will start from basic ball and reception skills to build confidence in rallying within a friendly but competitive environment. Each week will build upon these basic skills to introduce the most important tactics and strokes to confidently play a game of doubles.
