Notes from the coach
This is a follow-on from the introdutory Blue sessions. Get ready to see rallies, volleys, and overarm serves. At this stage, kids will continue to improve speed, coordination, and reaction time. Relaxed, friendly competition is introduced to help develop confidence and teamwork.
