Now that spring has come, activity at the club has started to ramp up and I thought it would be useful to let you know of a number of developments and dates.
Firstly, after three years of struggling with the property deeds these are now safely registered HM Land Registry.
We had a suggestion to purchase a new ball machine. A small group have worked hard on this and we now have a new machine which will be available to all members for a small fee. If you are interested please let one of the committee know and we will arrange for training to use the machine.
I'm delighted to announce that Zoe Hough has agreed to join the committee as social secretary.
The teams are now involved in league matches and if you would like to support any of the teams please come down. Notifications are available on our website and Facebook, and there is a record on the notice board in the clubhouse.
We are holding a clean up day on Saturday the 3rd of May from 10 o'clock. All members are welcome to come and assist in this sociable restoration and maintenance.
We are holding our Open day as usual on the Saturday the 17th of May. There will be Junior and family sessions in the morning and a tournament in the afternoon with raffle, buffet and music.
