The first of our club championship finals were played on Saturday 22nd September and the results are in! Sheena and Ruth took the ladies doubles title, beating Marg and Mary. The mixed doubles was won by Glen and Ruth  who beat Christos and Sheena. And in a fiercely contested and entertaining men's semi-final, Ewan edged out Tom to book his place in the final. Both the men's and ladies singles finals will be played a week on Thursday (27th) 7pm start (warmup 6.30) (This means 2 courts left for the mix-in, but an audience!) and the men's doubles at another time in that week.
