Notes from the coach
Join us for a 2-hour rowing taster session on Saturday 18th September 2021 at 2pm. The session will include a coached session on the indoor rowing machines (aka ergs) followed by a session on the water. You will have a go at taking your first strokes, exprerience how to safely manoeuvre a boat and learn a bit more about the sport of rowing.
