Club Loans
WTL are able to offer interest free loans to affiliated clubs up to a maximum of £20000. For development of additional resources specifically related to club facilities including both tennis and padel.

Repayment can be over 3-5 years with 6 monthly repayments being scheduled.

In order to apply, WTL requires: -

Details of the project with copies of plans and estimates.

A 3-year Business plan including a 3-year cash flow.( may be extended to 5 years if the loan is to be repaid over that period)

Details of the club’s property tenure i.e. freehold or leasehold and evidence thereof.

Past 2 years accounts.

What % of the funding will be advanced by WTL.

If other funders are involved, then evidence to be provided.
