3rd dubs Partridge & Redza

Player of the day Ferran Redza

Needing a win to stay up was always going to be tough with 3 world ranked players in their starting lineup but Redza came up with a great win to start us off but some tired bodies were coming up slightly short further up the lineup for us. Finally we lost 5-1

Summing up the weekend disappointing to go down (we are certainly not used to that in the last few years)

But you know you are up against it when you are playing Liam Broady who best Casper Ruud at wimby this year !

On the positive side young Ferran has been nurtured into the team over the last 2 years and in my opinion was not only our player of the weekend but player of the venue totally outstanding in his level commitment and anything else you can think of.

As I told the team this is just an early prep training for group 1 at Eastbourne and we will be back fighting next year

Cheers

Gavin
