The County Safeguarding Officers (CSOs) are responsible for assisting the LTA Safeguarding Team in promoting and embedding a culture of safeguarding in their county. CSOs will assist in supporting Welfare Officers at Warwickshire venues to meet the LTA's minimum standards by putting in place policies and procedures to safeguard children (U18) and adults at their venue.
