Group Coaching:

Group sessions are split by age group catering for the full LTA mini tennis range running during school term time. They comprise of a wide range of drills and games designed to improve a players fundamental motor and coordination skills aswell as the four key tennis components; Technique, Tactics, Mentality and Physicality. Training in a group environment is a great way to socialise with peers, keep fit and develop a healthy competitive nature and some key life skills. We have sessions for beginners, improvers and advanced players and we look to develop players in more ways than just their tennis.

We also run a games night for our junior players which is a 90 minute session on a Friday evening which is purely matchplay and fun fast paced games. This is the perfect environment in which to hone the skills picked up in our squad sessions and unwind from the stressful school week.

Individual Lessons:

Individual lessons offer a one-on-one coaching environment for more specfic advice and feedback. These lessons enable skills to be covered in more detail and allow for a completely tailored path of development for each player. With this in mind individual lessons can be a fantastic compliment to group sesssions to really nail down key teaching points. Using varied drills and teaching aids it is often the best way to gain improvement for all abilities of player. For individual coaching please contact Head Coach Jack Ganley directly.
