Notes from the coach

Our Adult Improver classes are for improver and intermediate players who have been playing tennis for a while and who would like to work at developing their game further and take it to the next level. The sessions will cover the four main areas of the game: Technical, tactical, physical, and psychological and will have a weekly theme to improve your game.
