Holistic Classes

Our holistic programme, run by experienced instructors, offers weekly classes aimed at improving your physical and mental wellbeing. Sessions are suitable for all abilities. 

Pilates

Pilates is for everyone and works the entire body through a series of mat-based exercises, concentrating on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso and core. A gentle but highly effective session for improving posture, flexibility and preventing injury.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The sessions concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind, through postures and breath. 

Stretch and Mobility 

Our stretch & mobility classes will look at improving your full range of movement whilst decreasing your risk of injury. It focuses on controlled stretches whilst strengthening your core. Suitable for all abilities.

 Why not stay for coffee afterwards?

Our comfortable club lounge is a great place for a coffee and a chat with others after the class. 

All classes are 60 minutes long and run in an upstairs studio, accessed by stairs.
