MONDAY EVENING ADULTS 730pm to 9 pm for our strongest hitters led by Mike Johnson, this session is £7 for our registered members or £10 for visitors.
TUESDAY EVENINGS 6 pm to 9 pm, CLUB EVENING, free mixin, £5 non-members
WEDNESDAY MORNING CARDIO FITNESS 0930 am to 1030am
WEDNESDAY EVENING CARDIO FITNESS 630pm to 730pm

SUNDAY MORNING ADULTS 0830 to 0930 FREE of CHARGE, beginners and improvers
WEDNESDAY MORNING ADULTS with MIKE from 1030 to 1130 for beginners and IMPROVERS.
TUESDAY MORNING SENIORS 1030 to 1200 led by KIM this session is FREE for MEMBERS or £3 to visitors.

We would also like remind all our members that we have 3 ADULT TEAMS that are always interested in meeting you at our Adult mix-ins on Tuesday and Friday evenings at the Wickham Courts. These sessions are open to everyone and you do not need to be a team standard player to attend these sessions, they are a mix of beginners and a social and OPEN to everyone.
While talking about Teams, we would like to thank Linda, Maggie and Jonathan for running the teams over Winter Season.We are now entering our Summer Teams and are actively looking for a New Captain for the MIXED TEAM.
