We hope you have been doing well in these challenging past few months. We are extremely excited to let you know our plan to resume our coaching programme.
Following the Prime Ministers announcement this afternoon in Parliament, outdoor tennis will be allowed to resume in England from Monday 29th March.
If you booked onto our Spring Term (11th Jan - 27th March). This obviously didn't happen due to lockdown 3.0. So here is our plan and what options you have:
OPTION 1 - Move your booking to our amended "Summer Term".
From Monday 29th March we will start our Summer Term and run sessions all the way to w/c 19th July. We will be running classes through the Easter holidays (excl. bank holidays), as well as running Easter Camps. We can transfer your booking over to this new term. However, the new summer term is 6 weeks longer than what people booked for in spring, so we will invoice the difference which will be £72 for a normal class (excluding guest fees and bank holidays). Academy classes will differ depending on how many sessions per week. You do have the option of just doing the class for 10 weeks but then your space will be lost after that.
OPTION 2 - Request a refund for your Spring Term booking
If you'd prefer not to have your booking transferred over to the summer term you can request a full refund. If you change your mind and want to book onto the summer term later you will lose priority.
We will be sad to see you go!
Please let us know which option you'd want ASAP. We will invoice those who want to transfer their booking and payments need to be made by 29th March.
If we do not hear from you, we will assume you want to keep your booking for the new term.
Next week we will open bookings to everyone on our mailing list so please let us know by then to ensure we secure your place. Easter camps will also be made bookable too!
