Cardio Tennis is a brilliant way of getting fit and enjoying tennis. These sessions are done to music and the aim is to keep your feet moving for the full hour (except while drinking). Cardio tennis is a fitness session including tennis drills and ladder exercises and is a great way to get fit and play tennis. All abilities are welcome as we use a soft ball so why not come along and try.
Sessions take place:
Fridays - Medstead Lawn Tennis Club - 9:15am
