As many of you will know our 2019-20 Annual General Meeting is overdue.  We had hoped to schedule it at a time when social gatherings were permitted but this has not been possible. As a result we are channelled into holding the AGM using a remote / online link up on Monday, 8th Feb at 8pm via Zoom.

The purpose of the AGM is to elect officers to the Club committee, to approve the accounts and to give members an opportunity to raise issues regarding the running of the club. If you wish to take part in the AGM, please reply to contact@wfssc.org.uk ; you will then be sent the link to the meeting and the relevant information in the week preceding the meeting.

The committee consists of a chair, vice chair, secretary, treasurer, subscriptions secretary and club welfare officer plus at least two members from each section (house, tennis & cricket at the moment).  Each of these positions shall go out of office every year, but shall be eligible for re-election.  All candidates for election shall be proposed by one playing / non playing / honorary member and seconded by another, with said proposals to be in writing & submitted to the secretary no later than seven days before the date of the AGM.
