Get fit the tennis way! With great music to move to and mix of cardio exercise and tennis skills this session is such a fun way to be more active. Suitable for every level of fitness and no tennis experience required. There's no matchplay or keeping score in this session, it's just about getting moving, hitting lots of balls and having a great time. These sessions are led by our coach Sally and are for ladies only. Please wear comfortable clothes and trainers and bring your water bottle. Tea, coffee and cold drinks are available in the Clubhouse from 9am.
