Adult Social
Mixed session for players who have had coaching and now enjoy rallying and playing in a social environment.

Adult Beginners/Improver

Adult Beginners is our first level introduction to tennis. Learn to serve, rally and score.

Adult Advanced

Adult Advanced is for players who play tennis regularly and compete in matches. The focus will be on supporting players make 'tactical wins' which will help them turn those crucial match results around.

Adult Doubles

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fitness session to music with a tennis twist. No skill required you only need to keep your heart rate up.
