Latest club update

Dear Members,

I am very pleased to tell you that we have access to a toilet at last!

We are now able to use the Disabled toilet only, which is just on your left as you enter the Main Club building. Entry to the building is by our usual red ribbon key, kept in the Clubhouse. It is our responsibility to keep this facility clean and safe to use, so please leave the toilet as you would wish to find it and report any issues to a Committee member.

The Main Club will not be opening until September as some building work is being done.

The Main gates can now be left open during the day. If you are playing tennis in the evening and are the last people on the premises, please padlock these gates as you leave.

Until there is a change in the number of people allowed in a group (6 at present) there still cannot be any Club Mornings or Evenings. The present booking system will continue until we can resume normal working again. We will be following LTA advice as to when this can happen.

I am very pleased to see many of you coming back to the Club and keeping fit and enjoying your tennis. How lucky we are to be able to play!

We will keep you up to date with any changes in the advice.

Keep safe and keep playing tennis.

Best wishes,

Elaine Urquhart

Chairman Yeovil Tennis Club
