Notes from the coach

Improvers Course - Players at this standard will have played for some months and have basic knowledge of techniques and tactics. With sufficient playing experience, players are able to: consistently rally to 10 from the baseline using forehands and backhands, serve overarm, volley and smash with 60% efficiency. This course will give further opportunity to practice consistency and accuracy and efficient stroke production in a group of up to 8 adults and will include some competitive play.
