Notes from the coach
Kids aged 5–8 years begin to practise overarm serves and volleys while learning how to rally with confidence. At the same time, they develop key physical skills such as coordination, balance, speed, and agility. Using soft balls and smaller courts, sessions are fun, safe, and engaging, with players also being gently introduced to relaxed competition in a supportive environment.
