What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Description
Kids aged 6-8 years start to practise overarm serves, volleys and learn how to rally, whilst developing their coordination, balance, speed and agility. Still, with soft balls and small courts, they'll be introduced to relaxed competition too.
