Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
Please note for the session to run a minimum of 4 players need to be in attendance.
In the event the day of Cardio by 2pm there are 3 or less you will be notified by email the session won't be going ahead.
