Group Coaching

Group coaching is a great way to learn or improve your game and meet people of a similar standard at the same time. We know there are lots of people who would like to try tennis but just haven't got round to it yet, or played when they were younger and haven't yet given it another go.  Go on, dust over your racket cover and come along! You don't need to be a member, although members get a reduced rate.

We have courses for beginners, intermediates, doubles tactics and cardio sessions available - please see below.

CARDIO TENNIS

An energetic tennis workout for all players

Mondays 6-7pm (starts 17 August)

Wednesdays 6-7pm (starts 19 August)

Thursdays 10-11am (September start)

Saturdays 10-11am (September start)

 

BEGINNERS

Learn to play the basic strokes the proper way:

Mondays 10-11am (September start)

Wednesdays 7-8pm (starts 19 August)

Saturdays 9-10am (September start)

 

INTERMEDIATES

Improve your technique and tactical play:

Wednesdays 9.30-11am (September start)

Wednesdays 8-9pm (starts 19 August)

Fridays 9.30-11am (September start)

Saturdays 9-10am (September start)

 

ADVANCED 

Drills and tactics to improve your chances of winning:

Fridays 6.30-8pm (starts 21 August)
