Where we get your data
Directly from you or someone acting on your behalf. If you are a member of the club a record is created for you on our database using information that you supply when you join or renew your membership. When you book a court your transaction is recorded and your participation in matches for the club is recorded by the club and the relevant league.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Types of data we hold
The information stored and processed by the club may include:
- Biographical (including name, titles, gender, date of birth)
- Contact details (including address, email address, phone numbers)
- Your relationships (including spouse/partner, in case of family membership)
- Communications sent to you by the club or received from you
- We do not store credit or debit card numbers.
- Events you have attended (matches, meetings, coaching sessions)
Use of your data
We use your data to communicate with you via post, email and phone about the club and occasionally other messages that we think you would be interested in as a tennis player.
To try and make sure we are sending you communications that are relevant and of interest
