Club Champs:  Thanks to Ian Guest and Richard & Patti Taylor for running a very organised and successful Club Champs this year.  Thank you to all those who entered and for all those who have sent feedback which was overwhelmingly positive.  All the winners and photos can be found under PLAY.   More information regarding the feedback will be in the tennis report at the AGM.

LTA Junior Tournaments:  We are proud to be hosting some junior LTA Tournaments at our club.  Players are from many counties:  Herts, Essex, Middlesex, Surrey, Bucks & Leicestershire.  These are held on Sundays - dates can be found on our EVENTS page.  There is one this Sunday for 16&U and include players from the entire junior range.  The youngest is 11 (placed 51 in the UK for 12&U) and the oldest is 16.  Please come and along and bring your juniors to watch this great standard of tennis from 11.30a.m.

Winter League:  This tournament is underway and proving as popular as ever with 40 people involved this season.  Details and results can be found under PLAY.  This tournament will run until the end of November and then we break until mid February.  We will need someone to take over the running of the Winter League for the next one so please return this email if you would like to volunteer.

Wimbledon Ballot:  Opt-in for the 2019 ballot is now open.  If you are a new member you need to affiliate to Bovingdon Tennis Club and get your free British Tennis Membership (BTM).  Details of how to do this and how to opt in are under WIMBLEDON.

Craig's news:  Adults:  Saturday monthly doubles coaching 12.30 - 1.30pm.  Thursday evenings:  Beginners 7 - 8pm.  Adult coaching  8 - 9pm.
