Notes from the coach

For players aged 12yrs+ who can play on the full sized court with full compression balls. Sessions will focus on developing advanced techniques and tactics on all strokes and explore tactical situations within game based coaching.

For children aged 10yrs + to continue their progress from Mini Orange. It is played on a full sized tennis court, with bigger rackets and firmer balls. It’s the next stage before moving on to full compression adult yellow balls.
