Cardio sessions have upbeat music played on our loud speaker and within the class you will hit hundreds of tennis balls. Sessions are full of energy and lots of movement and hitting involved with the emphasis on fun & enjoyment. There is no coaching in this session, just a guarantee you will leave the court with a smile on your face.
