Notes from the coach

In orange, kids quickly develop the confidence to hit over a full court net on a bigger court. It is great at this stage to see children making good friends within the programme and keeping fit. Now time for the full court. Players at this stage start to hit the ball much harder and the coaches use this to provide energetic, fast paced activities as well as plenty of teaching. The ages are a guideline only and based on the numbers and experience of children at each venue it is possible for younger children to play in an older session and vice versa.
