Lucas wins another title

Burnley Tennis Clubs Lucas Von Heuser Mason won his 4th junior red ball tennis competition when he won yet another tournament at Ilkley Tennis Club

Lucas played 7 games and came away from the tournament with 7 excellent wins to win the competition; this was a fantastic achievement for Lucas who showed his fighting qualities and resilience throughout the day coming back from behind in 2 matches to eventually win

Lucas who is currently coached by Burnley Tennis Club head coach Dave Woolstencroft will now attend a talent ID academy event at Bolton Arena, joining Lucas at Bolton arena will be another Burnley Tennis Club star Amelia Halstead who is also coached by Dave Woolstencroft. The club are delighted to have some outstanding junior tennis players at the club, and welcome anyone to come to Burnley Tennis Club and either gives tennis a try or play a bit more and get involved in the large variety of activities on offer
