We hope everyone is enjoying all the organised tennis on offer, we just wanted to provided all members with a couple of updates from the management committee

What’s the club doing to continue to keep members safe

THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF MEMBERS IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. WE HAVE INTRODUCED NEW PROCEDURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE, WELL AND ACTIVE.

The clubhouse is now open most evenings and weekends, we have had it deep cleaned and have instructed that all touch points within the clubhouse are done daily, we ask members if they have time at the start or end of the day to help keep the clubhouse as clean as possible and should anyone want or need to wipe anything down we have a stock of cleaning products, disposable gloves and disposable cleaning cloths on the table

We have removed all towels from the toilet/changing rooms and have had automatic soap dispensers and paper towel units installed in all 3 toilets and the kitchen

We have also had an automatic hand sanitising unit fitted in the clubhouse porch area to use before entering the clubhouse and another sanitising station fitted at the steps before accessing the courts. Please use the sanitiser provided or use your own if you have some. Signage on handwashing and social distancing is present both outside ad inside the clubhouse and a full risk assessment is in place, if we all follow this as much as we possible can it will keep the club a safe environment
