After much pleading and pressure from the Committee over the last eight months and eventually direct involvement from members and our local Councillor, Jeffrey Gray, Tandridge Council finally did the right thing and repaired The Avenue, our access road to the Club.
The road had become quite dangerous and near impossible to access by car due to enormous potholes. It is used by dog walkers and the wider community but is essential for users of the Tennis Club, especially parents of juniors, who would not otherwise be able to access the Club.
