A Wimbledon-themed Fun Tournament will be held on the grass courts at the Oratory School in Woodcote on Sunday 30th June (10am - 1pm).  

Venue:
The Oratory School, Woodcote (signposted from the A4074). See map at the foot of the page.

Times:
The start time will be 10am sharp and play will be fairly continuous until 12.30pm when a few light refreshments will be served. The refreshments will be fairly modest (strawberries and Robinsons Barley Water!), so you might want to bring your own picnic lunch.

Format:
Depending on numbers, the format is likely to be a round robin (separate ladies and men's doubles). Pairings will be drawn at the start. You'll play all the other pairs in your group. It will be FAST 4 scoring (sudden death deuce, first-to-four-games, tiebreak at 3-3). At the conclusion of the round robin, the group winners will compete in a mixed doubles final. It's competitive but the emphasis is mainly on having fun and, of course, the experience of playing on grass.
