What can you expect?

A fun and social group coaching course which helps adult beginners to get into tennis. Tennis Xpress teaches the foundations of the game so that by the end of the six week course you will be able to enjoy fun matches with friends, family or other people that you meet.

Under the guidance of an LTA Accredited coach you will be taught new skills and shown how to serve, rally and score. By using a variety of ball types and court sizes the game will be made easy and fun, enabling you to gain confidence and enjoy mastering the basics.

Notes from the coach

We love working with adults who want to get started in Tennis or those who have not played for a while. All equipment including rackets can be provided. This is a special course. Sessions designed to get you serving, rallying and scoring whilst having lots of fun. Coach will adapt session so everyone will improve and be challenged. National LTA Community Venue of the Year 2020. (If Tuesday is not a good day, there is also a Xpress Tennis Courses on Wednesday 7:20-8:20pm and Cardio Tennis on Saturday 9-9:45am).
