Notes from the coach
Course Overview:
This course is designed for young players aged 11-18 who want to further develop their tennis technique.
Important Prerequisite:
Before enrolling in this class, participants must already be able to throw, catch, and rally with yellow tennis balls. At a minimum, players should be able to rally within the service box.
Additional Opportunity:
We highly encourage all participants to join our fantastic Internal Box League—the largest in South Wales and completely FREE!

This session will be led by Sam Lynn, an experienced and dedicated tennis coach.
