Notes from the coach

This course is aimed at 11-18 years that can already play tennis but need some help improving their technique (sorry not suitable for beginners). The class will have an absolute maximum of 6 players/court and the players will find their natural level within the group via their League rankings and matchplay during the class, these rankings can change weekly depending on a player's commitment to practicing what they've been taught during class. Our Internal Leagues are the ideal practise for this, and are completely FREE of charge to all Lisvane Tennis Club members. They offer a great way to practice what they've learned in class, socialise with their friends, or make new ones, all while keeping fit and healthy. While the Internal Leagues (the largest in South Wales) are highly recommended they are not compulsory when you join this class.
