Notes from the coach

A 55 minute intensive Cardio Tennis fitness workout. We'll work on tennis specific fitness via drills, plyometric excersises, core strength, resistant bands, speed & agility... oh and of course, hitting loads of tennis balls. You won't realise how hard you're working as the pain will be drowned out with blasting music LOL. Please book online asap as places are limited. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: players must not arrive late to this class, the essential tennis warm is fundamental to injury prevention.
