Notes from the coach

A 55 minute intensive Cardio Tennis fitness workout. We'll work on tennis specific fitness via drills, plyometric excersises, core strength, resistant bands, speed & agility... oh and of course, hitting loads of tennis balls. You won't realise how hard you're working as the pain will be drowned out with blasting music LOL. Please reserve your place online. Important note: player must not arrive late to the is class, the essential tennis warm is fundamental to injury prevention.
