What can you expect?
Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness session that combines music and tennis with cardiovascular exercise. Delivering the ultimate full body workout, Cardio Tennis is fun, social and designed to get you moving.
For the session to take place there has to be a minimum of 2 players booked onto it. The session will go ahead unless you hear otherwise from the lead coach. If the session won’t go ahead you will be getting a text/email from the lead/head coach 30min before the lesson is due to start.
