Terms and Conditions
- In case of rain our aim is to always run the sessions (in light drizzle or rain). However, if the Head Coach decides the weather conditions are too harsh for the lessons to go ahead, an email will be sent out 30min before the session start time to say the lesson has been cancelled.
- In case of a cancellation (due to the weather), players will be offered either a make up session (which can be on a different day of the week), the possibility of having a longer session at a different time or they will be credited to their ClubSpark account which they can use for a future booking.
- If a player cannot make a session they have booked onto because of injury or ilness, they can offer their place to someone else ("selling their spot") or ask the Head Coach to come on a different day (if there is availability).
- If a player cannot make one or more sessions due to different reasons other than injury or ilness they won't be issued a refund for the remainder of the term but the Head Coach might offer them a spot the following term on the same/similar course if there is availability.
