WE ARE HAVING A WORKING MORNING AT THE CLUB ON

SATURDAY 8TH JUNE FROM 10 A.M.

THIS IS TO PAINT THE CLUBHOUSE, DEAL WITH WEEDS AROUND THE COURT ETC.  IT WOULD BE GREAT TO SEE A FEW PEOPLE THERE.

REIVERS TOURNAMENT – SUNDAY 23RD JUNE   FROM 1 P.M.

THIS IS A MIXED DOUBLES TOURNAMENT – PLEASE LET JAMES COLLIN KNOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TAKE PART OR PUT NAME UP ON LIST IN CLUBHOUSE

REDPATH TOURNAMENT – AUGUST 18TH  - notice up in clubhouse (nearer the time!) or let James know

PEARSONS TOURNAMENT (singles) will take place later in either September or October

BOX LEAGUES – we are starting to run a box league – which will be a mixed doubles competition running on Thursday evenings.  These will be the best of 3 sets.  Please put your name on notice in the clubhouse if you are interested in taking part.

COURT AVAILABILITY – There is coaching taking place on Friday afternoons from 1.30 p.m until 4 p.m. on 7th,14th,21st and 28th June.

Also – Suzanne and Steve are running a pre-school coaching session on Sunday mornings from 10 a.m. until 11.15 on 9th and 16th June.

There is a possibility that there may be one free court but probably preferable to avoid these times.

RACKETS – if anyone has any rackets that they no longer want, we would be grateful for them.  We are hoping to have a box outside containing rackets and balls for general use. Please leave them clearly marked in the clubhouse.

CLEANING ROTA – there is still no one on the rota for August and September ???!!

RUSTY RACKETS – We are contemplating starting up a rusty rackets group.  If you know anyone who is interested, please get in touch. It will take place on Monday evenings from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. for 5 weeks.  Payment must be made for the full 5 weeks at the start.

CLUB FEES – If by any chance there is anyone who has not paid their fees, please could you do so asap.
