Age specific coaching sessions to players keep improving their Tennis over the Summer holidays. Our sessions are specially designed to help children enjoy and improve their Tennis in a fun, safe environment. Relevant to ages, we'll cover the shots of the game; forehands, backhands, volleys and serves, as well as working on the children's coordination and movement to help them develop their physical skills, whilst building up their mental skills through the natural problem solving and decision-making challenges that Tennis provides. We’ll be running lots of activities and game for the children to help encourage team building and growing social skills. The sessions aren't neccessarily about trying to develop future Wimbledon champions, but about creating opportunities for the children to have fun through Tennis! If children have their own rackets, it would be ideal if they could bring them, but we do have spares, which are sanitized before and after use, that they are welcome to borrow.
