Sunday Lunch

The ELTC Sunday Lunch was enjoyed on a lovely sunny day at the end of February (well almost, it is a leap year). The delicious roast beef was served with all the trimmings and followed by a selection of desserts that brought high praise from the assorted diners. Such praise had nothing to do with the red wine and beer consumed pre and during dinner we are sure! The morning tennis mix in had certainly raised appetite levels among many and the later lunch time added to this. However the ladies team emerged victorious from their titanic struggle with feisty opposition to make the extra wait worthwhile. Special thanks to Lynn, John, Sue, and Karen not forgetting the contribution of David Wakefield to the dessert trolley.
