What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Notes from the coach
The kids will learn the basics of the game. How to play the forehand , backhand, serve and rally also they will learn how to keep the tennis score. During the course we will use a small size court and lower pressure balls to help the kids to develop their skills.
