What can you expect?
At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
Description
To confirm these sessions are running at Bluecoat Sports Christs Hospital, no membership to Bluecoat Sports required! Please share with any friends or family who may be interested This is the link for the Bluecoat Sports Lots of fun games and the basics shots of tennis covered (forehands, backhands, serves and volleys) Rackets can be provided, ideally please let me know prior to turning up if required so I can pack enough. Please bring water for your child and appropriate sports clothing These lessons will be run inside on mini tennis courts.
