Booking process
From April 2024, we will be changing the way to book onto our classes from half term payments to monthly direct debit to make it easier with less admin for those that make the booking and also help spread the cost across the year. If joining after the start of the new season an initial payment for the rest of the month will be charged before the direct debit commences.
Current players:
We will send all current players a link to set up the direct debit, when the form is completed we will add you manually onto the registers.
New Player Free Trial:
If you would like a free trial, click on the class from the list below and submit your details (1 free trial per player). We will confirm your space asap and then send you instructions on how to create a clubspark account so you can receive updates on email, be added to the register as well as the payment details to get you fully signed up.
Returning players:
Confirm what class you would like to attend by clicking the appropriate link below and we will send a link to set up the direct debit, when the form is completed we will add you manually on the registers.
Postponed sessions
Missed sessions due to bank holidays, coach availability and extreme weather will be made up in the programme breaks (dates for this situation will be communicated as soon as possible). Postponed sessions can also be made up on alternative classes.
Cancelling
We are sure you will love our programme but if you do want to cancel at any time we require at least 1 month’s written notice. 1 final payment will be taken after this notice and we will let you know when your final session date is.
Club membership
After the first month all players at Great Linford and Stewkley tennis clubs must sign up for membership direct with the club.
