Quick Start

Adult Hitters Quick Start is for anyone who has never played tennis before or hasn't played in a long time and is an easy and fun way for adult beginners to get into the game. During the course you will be taught new skills and be shown how to serve, rally and score so that by the end you will be able to enjoy fun matches with your friends, family and other members at the club.

Team

Adult Hitters Team focuses on a number of tactical themes each week for players playing team tennis or wanting to play team tennis, giving your game a real edge. You’ll improve your level with sessions including technical training with similar level competitive players. 
 

Drills&Skills

Lots of hitting, lots of moving and available to all adult players regardless of standard.

The session will mainly be basket fed drills with some live ball exercises as well as some technical advice along the way.

A great way to up skill, exercise and meet new players.
