Notes from the coach
Lots of hitting, lots of moving and available to all adult players regardless of standard. The session will mainly be basket fed drills with some live ball exercises as well as some technical advice along the way. A great way to up skill, exercise and meet new players. Please bring a racquet and a drink, sessions will run in all but the worst weather.
