Class Booking Terms and Conditions


Once the term has started a refund will only be issued for the following reasons:

  • unable to attend multiple sessions through serious illness or injury.
  • If a coach has not been able to complete more than 50% of a session due to poor weather.
  • If a coach has not been able to run the session due to unforseen circumstances.
  • Missed sessions due to other commitments and minor illness or injury will not be refunded.

Pro Rata Payments

Pro Rata payments will only be offered to new students joining a class part way through a term. Pro Rata payments are not available for students who need to arrive late or leave early.

Class payments

Class payments should be made before the term starts. if this deadline is missed you are still able to pay via the website right up until the last class. if Payment is delayed beyond this point a PayPal payment request will be sent with an additional £5 admin charge added.

Class ratios

Term time Classes require a minimum of 4 students to be able to run or the class will be merged or cancelled.  Session spaces will be given on a first come first served basis.
